CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible before hand, but at least 24 hours before your appointment would be appreciated.
If the cancellation is less than 24hrs and is an issue that is recurring a 50% non refundable deposit will be required for your next appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL
Late arrival for your appointment means we cannot spend the time we need to provide you with our full service, we will do our utmost to accommodate you but we may not be able to do your hair.
A couple of minutes is ok, but 15 minutes is half of your appointment time itβs not really feasible to complete the appointment. For longer appointments we have a little more flexibility, but after 15 to 20 minutes unfortunately we will not be able to complete your service and your appointment will have to be rescheduled and once again if this is an issue that keeps recurring there will be a 50% non refundable deposit required to make your next appointment.
We know these policies may be frustrating for Clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or who arrive late through no fault of their own, but we also have a duty to our other clients to keep to their appointment times.
Our Stylists run busy columns and a late cancellation or no show for an appointment means someone on the waiting list misses out.
NO-SHOWS
Once again we understand that sometimes for genuine reasons that you cannot make your appointment but continued NO-SHOWS will require full non refundable pre-payment and can result in refusal of service.
We understand that this is quite a severe approach but unfortunately our time means money.

A confirmation text messages is sent out the day prior to your appointment. Please read the text message carefully and correctly and respond with either YES to confirm or NO to cancel. If you have any issues regarding your appointment time or date please call the salon on (02) 63821464

β Continue to sanitise your hands on entry at the Sanitising Station
β Come to your appointment alone. Unfortunately this means no children
β Maintain social distancing with other clients at all times.
β Remain seated at all times (except for when advised and bathroom use)
